LANDSCAPE RESPONSIVE
Overlooking a small arroyo three miles west of the town Plaza in Taos, New Mexico, this house also commands a view of Taos Mountain to the north. The rooms are planned around a sequence of views both near and distant; moving through the house, one is always oriented toward natural light and a view to the landscape. The main body of the house contains a single large living space as well as a room off the kitchen which can serve either as a study or a guest room. Two more bedrooms and a shared bath comprise a wing to the east.
