PRIVATE DOMAIN

The primary focus of this project is the renovation of an existing second story garage apartment into a master suite. Separated by a backyard and swimming pool, the main house and renovated master suite are connected by a new 6' x 30' conditioned bridge. The bridge spans over the backyard to connect the two buildings at the second floor level. Made up of a master bedroom, two separate closet/offices, a master bath and an exterior terrace, the suite is intended to provide privacy for the owners with easy accessibility to the main house.
