INSIDE & OUTSIDE
The product of Morningside Architects’ collaboration with a creative developer of homes for urban professionals, the design for this new 4500 square foot house prototype combines flexible open floor planning with carefully integrated exterior spaces conceived as outdoor rooms. The design takes advantage of natural light and pays careful attention to the sequence and quality of interior views. While planned to accommodate the functional needs of a growing family or even a multi-generational/extended family, its flexibility extends to its ability to take any one of three different exterior architectural characters.
