INSIDE & OUTSIDE
The product of Morningside Architects’ collaboration with a creative developer of homes for urban professionals, the design for this new 4500 square foot house prototype combines flexible open floor planning with carefully integrated exterior spaces conceived as outdoor rooms. While planned to accommodate the functional needs of a growing family, even a multi-generational/extended family, the design also takes advantage of the best aspects of natural light in its interior and has been planned with great attention to the sequence and quality of interior views. The house has been designed to take any one of three different exterior architectural characters.
